Sharad Goenka
Sharad is a seasoned business executive and investor with over two decades of global experience in sourcing deals, raising capital, M&A integration, growth, business transformation, and successful exits.
Most recently he was COO & CFO in a SME PE Portfolio at Globalfaces Direct where he delivered 4X EBITDA growth, M&A, and facilitated capital raise and liquidity. He has previously been a PE Investor at UK based mid-market firm 3i Plc and also Corporate Development Leader.
Sharad has a strong operational background starting as a field engineer at Schlumberger to being a business executive and Chief Strategy Officer at Cairn. He also launched Softbank backed unicorn OYO Hotels in Canada. Sharad has an MBA from Harvard Business School and Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
Jiten Agarwal
Jiten Agarwal is an accomplished business leader, entrepreneur, and private equity advisor with a multi-decade track record in digital transformation, business intelligence, software development, and enterprise data management. As the driving force behind multiple successful ventures, Jiten specializes in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence.
Jiten currently serves as the CEO of QuantAi, a global data and AI company. Prior to this, he founded and led Expedien, a data analytics and digital transformation firm, demonstrating his ability to identify market opportunities and successfully scale businesses. Jiten serves on the board of a few technology firms. He has also served as a special advisor to the Idea for Action, an initiative by the Wharton School of Management and the World Bank to support innovative business ideas across the globe. He has been playing an instrumental role in strengthening US-India relations.
Jiten has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and a Masters degree in engineering and technology along with post grad research in strengthening small businesses driven economy from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi.
